  Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free. - we stayed... what people say » here on our way to our skiing hol it was lovely to climb into a comfy warm bed after a long journey.clean facilities and although we did not eat that evening the breakfast was good the following morning.staff pleasant and professional,definately will stay here again.

  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   We were there for a week ski-vacation and enjoy every moment of it. Hotel staffs were nice, friendly and helpful, clean room, good location, good food and heated room to store ski gears.   I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained. Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area. If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old w... what people say » as able to ski in and out in three days. - Stunning location, friendly and helpful staff. Impressed that any niggles people had mentioned on reviews we'd read had been acted upon, for example a cleaning pack was provided and more ski lockers were built during our stay.

  Staff were excellent, very helpful even though my French was poor. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great. All the facilities were outstanding. I loved my stay there and would definitely come back again. - Goos quality and reasonable price.

  The staff working in this hotel is above excellent. Travelling with a 6 months old can be challenging but all our requests were looked after with the greatest care. Contrary to what you would expect in the mountain resort, the food was great.
