  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and lifts. When we had a mix up with our booking the hotel staff was helpful and easy to deal with. Also we found the rooms comfortable and nicely appointed.   The ski in / out location was fabulous. We had a choice of 3 runs to come home on and were out and waiting for lifts to open in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and for me having a tea making facilities in the bedroom was unexpected for France and much appreciated.   A super deal in every respect-we would go again - Nice breakfast. Nice room and bathroom and both a decent size. Very helpful staff. Restaurant of the same name next door is quite good too.

  Great location just opposite the lifts in Tignes Le Lac and close to restaurants, ice-rink and pool. Good breakfast in very pleasant room which doubles as a bar in the evening.   I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained. Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area. If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old w... what people say » as able to ski in and out in three days. - Stunning location, friendly and helpful staff. Impressed that any niggles people had mentioned on reviews we'd read had been acted upon, for example a cleaning pack was provided and more ski lockers were built during our stay.
