  This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

  Right opposite stn, you could hardly miss your train! Convenient bar/cafe even if scruffy/dodgy - ok for male travellers or non fussy females as a small group. Room had everything necessary - VERY close to Chambery train / bus station. Rooms have been refurbished somewhat in recent years.

  everything about the hotel was fine apart from the hotel being advertised as hotel/restaurant (plus large sign on building RESTAURANT ) but i was told the restaurant was not open however the breakfast was good.

  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   Fab location and value for money. This is my 4th time. Normally go with a few friends but this time I visited with my husband. I guess it's more suited to friends as the rooms are basic (but have everything you need when skiing).
