We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again.   The location of the hotel is just perfect - right in the city center, near the principal square and main streets. Our room was quite small but cosy. The hotel is in an old biulding that has the charm and spital stairs! We had two heavy bags, but the receptionist Mehdi was really helpful and helped us to get them right to our room and gave some use... what people say » ful advice about the city! I recommend this hotel to other travellers who want to enjoy Lyon. - Staff are really helpful, though it does not have a life, he help us to pick the luggage upstairs upon our asking. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. There was a lake close by for walking the dogs and a nice little restaurant next door for food and drink before going to bed after a very long drive.
