The hotel is in a perfect location on a little lane opposite the beach - 2mins from our room. Paying the little extra for a sea view is worth it - we had a balcony/little terrace looking straight out to the sea and glorious to sit and pass the time. Very helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed.. all made for a great few days. -

Very well equipped apartment including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave along with crockery, cutlery and all utensils necessary. Small art-deco apartment (studio) but well laid out with space saving murphy bed. Renovated bathroom. Good location with easy walk to rail station and promenade. The accomodation was really clean. Camile the owner was lovely and really helpful. The location was great- 5mins from train station and 10mins to old town and beach by foot. Would definitely stay here here when back in Nice.

The location at this hotel is superb. It is small run like a Bred and Breakfast and casual. It's just a block from the sandy beach and easy walking access to the old town of Antibes. Very close driving or bus to Nice and Cannes. The owners Natalie and Pierre serve you breakfast on their lovely patio amongst the other guests. The price was good for location and area as well.

Excellent location; You will find excellent restaurants in walking distance. "Hortense" focus is really professional to make her customers as satisfied as possible. Remember, it is a B&B and not a Hotel. I can recommend the location for a 3-4 night stay in Cannes area . -

Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We
had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two
teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious
and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and
toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and
helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

Everything...what a wonderful place to stay, so new, so comfortable, unbelievably good food with the Mediterranean lapping under the deck. Fabulous staff, so helpful, English speaking. Beautiful marina with great restaurants nearby. I can't say enough about this great stay.
