  We loved the views from the balcony, the luxurious beds with their beautiful embroidered Provencal sheets, it was a beautiful place and so quiet! It is our favourite place to stay so far in Italy or in France! Pierre and his wife are extremely friendly and accommodating. It rained on the first day but the next day we had beautiful views to the coast. The garden looked perfect for swimming and hiding in the shade in summer. The breakfast was excellent.

  Myself and my friend stayed at Hotel Saint Charles in mid September. Staff were really friendly and helpful (and spoke fluent English). We had a garden room which was a perfectly fine size for a two night stay and was clean. We had a lovely little table / chairs outside (perfect for cheese, biccies and rose before going out), room also had a fridg... what people say » e which was really helpful. Staff provided wine glasses etc for us to use too. Could not fault location, 3-4min walk of beach, bakeries, shops, restau - The staff at the St. Charles Hotel were so friendly and helpful, it felt like visiting a family home rather than a hotel. The morning breakfast was simple and lovely. The pool and garden was a refreshing place to rest away from the crowds of the beach.

  The friendliness of the owners made up for any shortcomings. Room was very clean and comfortable as was bathroom. Just be aware that it is more a home stay than anything else as you go through their lounge room and eat breakfast with them. All good for us... - Delightful visit with a super French family.   Wow... Very nice location... So romantic and nature Is stunning and beautiful. Lovely cute swimming pool very romantic. The owner is so friendly and so helpful and curtious. A bottle of wine on the house as you arrive. That's special. Daily instruction about sightseeing and directions and history or everything in the area and south France.   I went for a few days here with my sister, we could not believe our luck, amazing place and one of my favourite places I have ever stayed. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they stored our bikes for us, gave us good advice on where to go everyday and when we were leaving where to go also, (on a road trip), the rooms were cleaned everyday f... what people say » antastically and the cleaner even hanged our dirty running clothes for us whilst we were out. The food was also superb, in the morning you can have br - The whole stay was excellent - lovely big room with stunning views over the valley below, right in the centre of town. We had planned to have dinner out but ended up coming back to the hotel as the other restaurants we tried were very unaccommodating for vegetarians (admittedly, we would normally book ahead if we're unsure of getting anything, but it was a last minute trip). In contrast, the staff at the hotel were happy to put together a veggie plate, the service was quick and the food was bea
