This is a place of superb unique character. Lovely setting with very
nice gardens by the Marne. Extremely friendly and helpful proprietor.
Essentially simple but very good meals served in a classy setting, and
good vfm at 32 Euros given that a glass of champagne and ample other
wine included. Especially helpful when we had to stay for an extra day
due to my wife's indisposition.

Convenient stop off point for travelling to France/Italy. Nice grillrestaraunt just opposite hotel. - Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in was until 11pm which is useful for late arrivals.

restaraunt fine, Breakfast was Continental (what else do you expect in
France). Set in a lovely quiet area and less than an hour from Calais. -
The lady on reception who I presume was the owner was charming. She spoke good English and was very helpful. The room overlooking the garden was a decent size and had a very comfortable bed. The evening meal was very good and also on a cold night was good to be sat by a roaring log fire.
