  I really enjoyed my time in Amboise. To some extent that was due to the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The position of the hotel was great and allowed us to explore Amboise on foot with great access to restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the garden at the hotel and the feeling of openess that it gave you. - It was clean, ... what people say » the staff was friendly and helpful. The setting and landscaping was great. They even had a pool for the summer months.
