Location is perfect, a short walk from the town centre, but set back from the road, so quiet and peaceful. Convenient for restaurants, cafes and food shops. It has lovely grounds, a nice swimming pool, and secure parking. Owners were welcoming and very helpful: a problem with a TV resolved immediately – excellent restaurant recommendation. Characterful B & B (not an hotel) in an old large family house with spacious rooms, solid furnishings and décor from a bygone era, overlooking the Loire with a tram service 250m away into Tour city centre. The large bed was the best we slept in out of 9 on our trip. Breakfast pastries and coffee wonderful. Proprietress welcoming and very helpful.
