  I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, the room well appointed if a bit on the small side, the hotel itself charming, and the food, though a trifle expensive, was amazing and beautifully served. Our dog was not only tolerated but allowed to feel equally at home in room, lounge and restaurant. This ... what people say » hotel is a superb base from which to visit the Loire and many of its chateaux. - The room was large, particularly for France, and very well appointed. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and spoke excellent english. Unfortunately I only had time to have 1 dinner at the restaurant and it was magnificent - worthy of the visit by itself. The breakfasts were sumptuous too, especially the option of a cooked breakfast rather than the staples of bread, meats and cheese.

  The room was spacious and clean. Staffs at the hotel the restaurant were very kind. All the concerns for our small boy (renting the arm tube for swimming and high chair for dinner & breakfast) made our vacation more comfortable. Breakfast was terrific and well worth the Money. The restaurante is excelente and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful countryside and about 10 minutes to Amboise

  Large clean room, friendly staff, good restaurant, easy access to/from motorway - The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was overpriced for what was available. The restaurant was clean and the food was basic and again we felt overpriced.

  Set in its own grounds, very peaceful, excellent parking. Our room was excellent, large and spacious with good facilities. The food was excellent, although the menu was limited and didn't change for the three nights we were there. Tours is a very upmarket and cosmopolitan area with lots of historical sites.
