The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view. The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. Being right next to lac Annecy, stunning area, can't wait to go back. Would recommend hiring a pedals and going for a swim, it's apparently the clearest lake in Europe....! Can quite believe it, you could see right to the bottom. -

This is a very old hotel, but very comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we stayed in over 3 months and we had rooms with 2 sets of windows overlooking the mountains. It snowed both nights and the rooms were lovely and warm.

A fine modern hotel that is a good value in a great, lovely, quiet town filled with wonderful old but very expensive 4 and 5 star hotels. Close to lake, good restaurants. - The place had an original, at-home atmosphere, and was comfortable, and clean. The staff were also very pleasant.
