Comfortable and clean, very kind staff. Breakfast excellent. The possibility to eat and have a drink at any time. Close to a beautiful park, the canal just in front, easy to reach the subway and the highway too. Friendly, helpful staff – a couple of minor problems sorted out quickly and efficiently. Woman who staffed gate for breakfast sessions extremely rude. Yelled and ignored a few young people who were being extremely polite and trying to explain why they did not have a paper. She completely disregarded them. S after observing her behaviour we choose to not eat there and went elsewhere out of the hotel. A bit distant to the station Standard room is a bit small but manageable. Staff (especially the ones working on the night shift) are very disgustimg, it seems like if they hate their job or don't like you. Little dirty area. Room is too noisy, can hear everything from neighbour rooms. hotel without pool or other activities. By the distance from the centro, should have other kind of activities. Was told are reservation was cancelled even tho we didn't cancel it and it took ages to check in because of this was made to feel it was our fault. I would like to have better breakfast. I stayed in different hotel during trip. Your one was not healthy and feeling tired after having your break fast. No refrigerator in room. I strongly recommend please change your breakfast menu it is not good and healthy. Room facilities like Air-condition, kettle for hot water was not available. Rooms are really small, particularly the shower cabins. poor airconditioning, no coffee port, giving a renovating room. Location only ideal if attending events at la villette Room too hot, air on ineffective.
