This hotel was close to the Metro station and Tram station. It was very clean and the service was very good. We saved a lot of money booking through this website than if we were to have booked there in person. The location was quiet and close to lots of good cafes and restaurants. Cleanliness and services. The staff were rude. the supposedly ¨non smoking" rooms stank like cigarette smoke, the staff were rude and there was no internet access at the hotel.small room, not a proper double bed, long way from anywhere.
