  The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wide was struggling with the stairs do they offered us an alternative room without us asking. Dinner was typical and very nice . The hotel was very grand and very comfortable. - Good breakfast buffet. Rather imposing on arrival but the warm welcome soon overcame that.
