The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wide was struggling with the stairs do they offered us an alternative room without us asking. Dinner was typical and very nice . The hotel was very grand and very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. Rather imposing on arrival but the warm welcome soon overcame that. Upgraded to suite to allow for my mobility difficulties. Everything was really great. Fabulous place and pure leisure. The venue is fantastic. Very friendly staff and extremely clean rooms.
