  This is a new hotel set set in an oasis behind unassuming security gates which open to a somewhat futuristic setting of landscaped gardens, pool, and modern buildings.   The hotel is a wonderful spot. It looks relatively new and is much larger than I expected. The rooms are large, very clean, and well appointed. After many negative experiences with self-check in at places in France, it was a relief to have someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. Parking in a secure lot with your own personal garage was a mere ... what people say » 8 euros a night -- a steal, in my opinion, and well worth it. Highly recommended! - It's a great place to stay when in Marseille if you like to be able to do some of your own meals at home. It's close to the train station but with views out to the water from the upper rooms. While it's in the city it is only a 5 - 10 minute walk downhill to Joliette from where you you can take a bus straight to the beach at L'Estaque.within 20 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet although works currently going on nearby.

It's 5min from the metro station, we parked our car in a public parking just in front of the hotel (in any case hotel has a parking with really reasonable price). It worth to book in advance and pay a cheap price.there is a good supermaket near and the hospital is just next door :)

  The room was quite big compared to other ibis franchises. The bathroom was well equipped. The room was cleaned everyday (we stayed for 3 days). Very comfortable and location was very good as it was just a 3 min walk to castallane metro. The bus 21 to calanques also started from there. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

  The room had everything we needed, a good size bed, a kitchen with everything to cook, and a great bathroom even with a clothe dryer. It was very clean and comfortable.
