Great location - 3 minutes from the central train and bus station Saint Charles. The room was tiny but clean, everything was in a very good condition. The room is equipped with a fan, aTV, a tea/coffee set including a kettle. The reception works 24h. Excellent value for money, would recommend Terminus Saint Charles to everyone. Fantastic location if you're arriving by train - literally down the steps from Gare Saint-Charles. Extremely clean rooms. Only about a 10 min walk from the Old Port and other sights. There is a secure baggage room where you can leave your luggage while you explore the city. Excellent free WiFi.

Best location... Before I arrived in Marseille, I worried to find the hotel as my arrival was too late. But the hotel light met me from the beginning, just in front of station!. "Small animals" in the toilette. fan in room was a bit temperamental. Wifi connection is extremely bad, lost in the room and even no signal in the lobby... Perhaps because they are refurbish the whole hotel? In addition the shower is weak in our room. Not much restaurant nearby. Better not stay outside late in Marseille. The only disadvantage is the lack of parking place. The guarded parking space in the railway station is very expensive. there was no air conditioning. the hotel staff was unprofessional and unorganized. the elevator was barely functional and if you are claustrophobic, then this hotel is not recommended for you. showers are somewhat clean. very noisy area and barely able to have a good sleep. the bed is not comfortable. Overall, not recommended. reception is not so friendly. actually they don't speak English and no patient to answer your question...facility is old and no air-con ...the check in time they announce was 1PM but we have to wait to 1:30PM, it seems they have breakfast include but no one remind you. The area was very poor and we did not feel safe walking around in the evening. There were no restaurants we would feel comfortable going in. very hot, no air condition. The room is not sound proof.
