  The chateau itself and the people running it. The gardens are very nice, as well as its interior, including the room we had. Friendly, hospitable people, speaking French AND English! I liked the choice of classical music - beautiful chateau ,spacious very clean bedrooms,very helpful staff

  This was probably the best price to value Hotel we have ever stay in. It was a stop off family room for four whilst travelling down through France. What a surprise, beautiful setting on the edge of a lake with a balcony view and outdoor pool. The food was excellent, the best €20 menu I've ever eaten. We wanted to stay another night - Late arrival... what people say » , rang for password. Worked well, key waiting on desk. Basic but reasonable breakfast for 7€. Bedroom clean & tidy
