This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement.
We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

The best view of Nice you can get in a private hotel. The bus from downtown stops directly in front of the hotel, so easy to get around.The owners are also travelers and know how to make your stay in Nice most enjoyable. The food is all fresh and prepared by the owners. We took dinner at the hotel both nights and would do it again.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice

We had a lovely stay there. The staff were helpful and spoke good
English. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has a
tram stop just outside, and it's cheap (1 euro 50) to get to the
city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10-
minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of
Villefranche.

The building is brand new, therefore Really Clean! I loved it. Just a
block away from the TRAM's Station and less than 10 mn to Place
Massena for 1 euro and 50 cents. I ended up invited by Bruno the manager
for a nice expresso. Electronic keys, the light pops up automatically
the minute you get out of the elevator or walk in the hall. There was a

Bed linen was provided despite the webpage stated one had to bring bed linen along.
