On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. We loved this hotel. The room was elegant and just as pictured. The bedding was 5 star and even the baby crib had top quality sheets. The location was perfect and close to busy main street , but far enough away that it was quiet.
