On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Comfortable beds and clean room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good english. It was closed to the metro, supermarket, restaurants and central to all the attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean even though the room was not very large. Breakfast was really nice and we had a nice view from our room. - I really liked the location of the hotel and its easy access to train station and champs elysse.It is ideally situated.
