On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. -
