  The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable. We had a plumbingproblem with our original room and immediately we were upgraded to abetter room at no extra charge. We will stay there again, found thelocation excellent and we enjoyed this hotel more than the expensive 5star hotels where we previously stayed in Paris (Champs Elysee area).

  I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work. It is also close to a ... what people say » metro station and to a supermarket. - The hotel is very confortable with free wi-fi , the location is really good , quiet but so near a metro station ,breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the staff very helpful ,we were able to leave our luggage for the day until our flight home in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Paris .

  Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay. Great location, excellent services, I would love to stay there again... what people say » . - The Hotel has unique styling ,with a Movie/music/cinema theme running throughout the property.Its rather quirky and very nice with brilliant staff well trained in the art of customer care.There is also a cinema with maybe 40 seats contained within the Hotel.Service was top class.

  A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful - Very clean, homelike room with kitchen facilities, close to the metro station and to all attractions in Marais area. Would come again.

  Excellent service,interier,prices and location - It's proximity to most of the areas I was visiting on my trip. Also the fact it was so close to RER and Metro stations, this was very helpful both coming from and going to the CDG Airport. The room was kept very clean and I had a wonderful view of St. Eustace from my balcony window.

  We arrived back in Paris after a long day the staff were efficient and friendly, we ere given an upgrade to a lovely room with a sofa and a late check out. Initially we only booked for 1 night the next morning we changed the booking adding another night. A very enjoyable stay in a great location - Location!
