  Friendliness - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say - everything was perfect, hotel staff was very kind, friendly, there was no problem with speaking English and I could obtain many useful information of them. The receptionist gave us comprehensive information about location, transport and sightseeing. The sweety at the receptionist desk is a must!   The room was very clean and the bed was good! Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent location between gare du nord and gare de l'est, nearby metro! - Staff were very friendly and didn't mind speaking English. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Excellent powerful shower.
