  Location - close to shops, sightseeing, yet not noisy. The room and bathroom were luxurious. Food was lovely. Staff knew our names. The hotel smells amazing! - Great staff. Lovely rooms. Real desire to accommodate. Wonderful concierges. Nice spa with superb therapists. Spectacular location.

  Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome. Would recomend this hotel to everyone! Definately staying there... what people say » again. A++ - The staff were brilliant, really friendly and great help. The location was perfect; the price was an absolute bargain for the location and the comfort. Had a great experience. Really impressed!!

  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. Location of the hotel is just FANTASTIC. A few min to all the major streets like the Champ and George 5 and the metro. Thank you we will definitely be back!!! - Brilliant location. They speak all language Arabic, English , Spanish and realy very quite and clean hotel . My room was 23 on Ground Floor there is inddor garden open ciling in the middle nice atmosphie . The hotel is a typical french hotel with its elite decoration. I like the decoration a lot. Also the breakfast was excellent. It was the best breakfast for me in whole Europe. You can find several kinds of cheese, butter, bread, jams,etc.. So they do not offer you only croissant .. It was delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly. So I love the hotel very much..
