She checked my sister and I in; accompanied us to our room; showed us where the spa and breakfast room were; and told us which elevators took us to the gym and spa. Then the espresso machine in our room wasn't working and the technician didn't know how long it ... what people say » would take to fix. So I was resigned to having no espresso in the afternoon. But what do you know? The housekeeping sent me a steaming little pot of - Everything! Completely redesigned hotel - very high quality facilities, appliances and furniture Staff super friendly The hotel provides everything you need (indoor pool, nice gym, great terasse with an amazing view, etc). One of the best hotels I have been staying in and seen so far (and I live in Dubai)

  Very helpful staff. Room was large, very comfortable and clean. A lovely hotel to stay in :) Also - best chocolate gateau I ever tasted. - Location and facilities were excellent.
