Very helpful staff. Room was large, very comfortable and clean. A lovely hotel to stay in :) Also - best chocolate gateau I ever tasted. Location and facilities were excellent.the hotlel was on constructon for renewal.so i cannot use many facilities...fitness gym bar restaurent...i think the situation of hotel was terrible... Food and drinks were expensive.

Access to the Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port So Spa is limited to Novotel customers (adults 18+ only) and must be booked at the reception. Access to the gym is free, while the treatment rooms, sauna, steam room and relaxation room are available at a supplement of EUR 10 per hour. Up to 2 children under 15 years old stay free when sharing with parents. Check-in and check-out from 1 November to 30 April every year is from 12:00 and until 12:00.
