  We went to paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. Eiffel Trocadero was everything we hoped for and more! We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The room was amazing and the view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent! This hotel exceeded our expectations and... what people say » made our trip very enjoyable. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the hotel was immaculate. We will definitely return. - The bed was fantastic. Very comfy all round! The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water. The staff were always very friendly and willing to share information about Paris, and most spoke very good English. The hotel in general was very stylish with lovely decor in the communal areas.

We loved the quiet nature of the neighborhood and the convenience to the metro stops.   Everything was wonderful, great location fantastic staff form those on reception to the staff in dining room at breakfast - all were superb! Especially Stephanie Lenoir who was extremely good and provided great customer service. Thank you - The view from the hotel was fantastic.
