  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

  This is a beautiful hotel. The pictures on their web site are exactly what the rooms and common areas look like. The furnishings were very top of the line and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely knowledgable about everythin... what people say » g.   I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite.   Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. (Was visiting Paris to attend the French open tennis championships). - Great location. Bus is 2 blocks away. Supermarket half a block from hotel. Staff is very friendly, especially Mohamed... what people say » . Family member's wallet was stolen at Notre Dame and he helped us cancel credit cards. Hotel is very clean.
