The person at the desk was very helpful immediately upon my check in - taking a map to point out bus station (1 EU to Monaco), train station and the pedestrian areas.   I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star.
