The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. -

The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the
time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for
us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you
would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will
definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to
keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I
had already chech out.

The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min.
