  The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe.   Everything was wonderful, great location fantastic staff form those on reception to the staff in dining room at breakfast - all were superb! Especially Stephanie Lenoir who was extremely good and provided great customer service. Thank you - The view from the hotel was fantastic. The kitchen was also very useful since there is a supermarket closeby.... what people say » The hotel has good transport links and is close to metro. Staff were very helpful and spoke english very well.
