The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome. Would recomend this hotel to everyone! Definately staying there
