This hotel is highly recommendable. It has a really great atmosphere with a very slick design. It is located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Juan les pins and right by a small beach with crystal clear water. We stayed for four nights and walked across to the old town which was about 20 minutes away. This is buzzing in the afternoon/evening

The building has plenty of character and is well maintained.
The staff were all helpful and welcoming. It is a real French Hotel but communication for us was straightforward despite us not being fluent speakers.
The air conditioning was vital and performed fantastically.

We paid €100 a night for this hotel and it was incredible value formoney. We had a huge terrace, a separate lounge and kitchen and bedroomand bathroom! Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

The hotel had a private parking (which is a big plus) and while it was a little bit off from the city center, the walk to the beach and the central restaurants took only 10 minutes. The room was really large (larger than in photos). The manager is very polite and pedantic. -
