  This hotel is highly recommendable. It has a really great atmosphere with a very slick design. It is located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Juan les pins and right by a small beach with crystal clear water. We stayed for four nights and walked across to the old town which was about 20 minutes away. We felt we were located in the perfect position however the old city was also a very cool spo - The interior and decoration of the hotel is really great! Nice style and eye for detail. It is very clean and new. The breakfast outside on the terras was perfect. The owner was very friendly and helpfull!

  The hotel was ideally located close by the station and in the town centre. The building has plenty of character and is well maintained. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. It is a real French Hotel but communication for us was straightforward despite us not being fluent speakers. The air conditioning was vital and performed fantastically. It is well worthwhile using the train especial - The location was fabulous. The hotel was very comfotable and clean. There was plenty of hot water, and shampoo sachets and soap. The breakfast was lovely and good value. Family run hotel and very French!! The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We would stay there again.

  The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!
