Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very
professionally run hotel.
One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.
That said, we would definitely use the hotel again. really enjoyable stay. -

As this trip included both business and leisure considerations, the hotel was ideal for business access & commuting by train into Cannes, as well as for relaxation by the beach, excellent shopping & good restaurants in the evening. I have stayed in the Excelsior several times and as I have friends who live in Nice and I can visit them easier as I now know my way to their house. I first stayed in the Excelsior with the Travel Department. I found both the rates and the location were good. - Location was very convenient. It was close to shopping, eating and sights to see.
