Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very professionally run hotel. One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least. That said, we would definitely use the hotel again. really enjoyable stay. Hard to fault! Both stays 10th October and 4th November were excellent value for money. Just right for us and we would be happy to recommend Suite to friends. The airport shuttle service was especially appreciated. It worked for us! The breakfast choice was just right. all reviews » Comfortable and clean rooms. Despite the fact that is very close to the airport, the windows and the building are soundproofing and the noise from the airport does not reach you whilst keeping windows closed. The room was clean and every day they changed our towels. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is a modern style building. Large and very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast ok. Car park on site is suitable for large cars. Close to airport. We would definitely use the hotel again, really enjoyable stay. The hotel airport shuttle was great as was the female driver. Very friendly.. Great large size room. Larger than your typical European rooms. The train was very close and that was a great feature as we took the train to Monaco. The staff were exceptionally helpful, cheery and simply wonderful. The amenities were thoughtful and welcome. Great place to stay for traveling out of Nice Airport on early am flights. Expensive parking but seems to be a good choice if you have got a car and want to park it all day. It costs 14 euros/day but there is not an option of half-price if you need parking for a half-day. This hotel was extremely hard to find. There are 3 Novotels in Nice. The pool wasn't heated and we had thought it was on the roof of the hotel. The staff did not mention to us that there was a restaurant outside for dining. We only saw vending machines at our arrival. The pool was located next to the restaurant. Location is convenient but not pleasant. However, great if you need an hotel near the airport. Confusion with other Novotel nearby but they were quite willing to shuttle us on over to the other one. If you are lounging by pool, the people in the adjoining office buildings see you, & when outside, it can be very loud & distracting, not the most relaxing atmosphere. Few restaurants in the area. I have no exceptions. Lack of good food places around the area. Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. nothing. breakfast choice and space limited. Far from downtown. Limited bar facilities. Notging. the garage situation/procedure was confusing. Nothing. That we had to pay an extra €54 at checkout for a third person in our room despite having booked the room for three people on letsbookhotel.com. Bed was fair, not excellent. Sheets mediocre Styling seemed cold. othing. Bed hard. Very small rooms, bad air conditioning. The room was musty smelling. The shower had no rim so the water spilled in to the entire bathroom which left the floor soaking wet. distance from city center, tehnical problems with internet and hot water and cleaning service who was not the same all days. No facilities in the immediate area for eating or drinking. Confusing with two-three novotels close by. Went to the wrong one first. Bed very uncomfortable. No restaurant in the hotel in an airport area without any decent restaurants. Completely plastic bathroom units feels like a caravan.
