  Talk about a surprise! We were thrilled with our room. What a nice hotel. The room was extra clean, the hotel clerk was really helpful even with limited English. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were helpful with getting you to the right gate at the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing we had to pick from we... what people say » re the recommendations, hope this helps. - The room was very large, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We needed more towels in the room and the staff responded immediately. No problem with taking the shuttle to the airport, I think that we waited the expected 15mn or so before seeing one. I will definitely plan on staying at this hotel again when we come back for more vacations in France.

  After being in so many small, urban hotel rooms, it was a refreshing treat to find ourselves in an apartment in a French village setting. Although the village is so close to cdg airport, we never heard the airplanes or even knew we were so close. The apartment had an extremely spacious, clean and simple layout. Sofa bed was so comfortable to sleep... what people say » on that it felt like a real bed. Nice to be able to close the doors to create some privacy. Sheets of high quality cotton felt wonderful. Staff was s - We liked the cleanliness and spareness of the rooms - with all our travel luggage it made it easier to move and organize for our trip home. Another aspect we liked was the cooking amenities. The dishes were porcelain and the pans adequate for dinner at home.

Central location for transit, as it overlooks the motorway/ peripherique though probably less suited when you want a hotel as basis to visit Paris. - reception staff very friendly .   The guest house is well located in zone 2 of Paris metro (Paris is divided in 5 metro zones, Disneyland and CDG airport are in zone 5). Its 5-7 minutes walk from Merie des lilas (Merie de lila in English) metro (M-11) station connecting to centre of Paris. Travelling to main attractions through metro costs one way Euro 1.7 (1.3 if bought 10 ticket... what people say » s). Arriving from CDG air port costs Euro 7.5 per person through metro and Euro 40 through taxi (4-5 persons). Near by grocery store and few restauran - Sonia the Korean lady of this family hostel is a very very nice person, as well as her husband and her mother. The breakfast is good, she will also make a sandwich for everyone as lunch. She is currently looking for 2 person to do the laundry work and the cleaning work for her, since her mother is getting older.
