everything was perfect. Very clean, very spacious room and bathroom, nice staff, good services, the shuttle to airport was gone and they gave us a special shuttle just for us. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. - Christine

I liked the ease of getting to our terminal from the hotel. The room was very modern and hi-tech. The breakfast and lunch buffet were great. The free internet in the lobby is a plus, esp. for printing our boarding passes. - Cirilo

FAbulous dinner in Josephine's...missed our reservation in Paris due to flight cancellations and this was an adequate substitute. Would stay ther again. Staff great. Room very nice. Good wine list. - Eileen

The rooms were large and the outside dining was wonderful and very reasonable. We used the hotel because we arrived in Paris late at night and it truly was a pleasure. Breakfast was included and was a great start for our trip into our apartment in Paris. - Marilyn

The clerk at the Mercure Roissy Charles-De-Gaulle reception desk wasvery insightful and kind. She switched our room after she noted my sonwas not a young child but a teen - after two weeks of travelingtogether, this was a very appreciated "gift." We were moved to a suitewhere my son could hang out in a separate room, watching a movie and myhusband and I could get some much needed rest. excellent facilities:mini kitchen in room incl microwave oven,boiler;suitebox,free internet,movies in your room;in lobby area:e-corner,boutique gourmand,fitness 24/7 and many other i didn't have time to use;large room,efficient fuctional design,doublebed+sofa;and in spite of general tendencies heating sys really works on heat mode;complimentary bottle of water,coffee,cookies in yr room.. - Nitu

Talk about a surprise! We were thrilled with our room. What a nice hotel. The room was extra clean, the hotel clerk was really helpful even with limited English. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were helpful with getting you to the right gate at the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing we had to pick from were the recommendations, hope this helps. - Gary
