The location is perfect - center of the old town, walking distance to many places of interest. The hotel itself is nice and cosy. The staff is helpful and friendly. The cafe and the restaurant at the hotel are quite good, and breakfast is really nice. There is excellent Wi-Fi in the hotel.

I was with my 21yr old son so he was very happy with the computer in the bedrooms. The Spa (booked for sole use if you prefer) was most relaxing.The staff were extremely helpful and immediately attended to us when needed. Over 100 year old building and very sensitively renovated accordingly. Only minutes from the medieval town by walking between the park and castle. Just four minutes from the most spectacular view I have ever seen of a town.
