  Andre, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating. He arranged for a pick up from the airport and was there with a smile and travel suggestions and lots of knowledge. He and his staff all worked effortlessly and hard to ensure I and other guests got the best from Quito and our next moves. We loved sitting in the lounge looking out at the beautiful city and mountain vista.Food was really good.

  This is an excellent value. It is very clean and comfortable. I felt like I was staying in someones estate.   The small family that ran the hostel were amazing and considerate. The breakfast was fresh (juice, eggs, fruit, tea/coffee) the bar was well stocked and the little kid was really funny to have running around. The rooms were clean, spacious and had really nice showers. The location was near to all the bars etc. but could not hear any noise on a ni... what people say » ght from our room. . The guy even waited up until 02:30 after we said we'd be there at midnight (delayed flight).They advised us on taxi costs, where - The Arupo Bed and Breakfast was like an oasis after a month of traveling staying in budget accommodation. Everything was very clean, real coffee and they made us eggs for breakfast. The showers have hot water and full pressure. It is probably worth twice what we paid and the staff was excellent in making sure everything was perfect and they arranged out transport to the airport super early in the morning. Best place to stay in Quito.
