Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience

Great location. Fair price. Friendly staff. If you're looking for the same services as a hotel/motel this is not it! There is no daily servicing of your room. I was quite nervous about staying in a two star, but my husband and I were so pleasantly surprised. This hotel is very modern and super clean - like the cleanest hotel room i can remember staying in. The facilities were basic, but truly all that we needed during our two night stay in Copenhagen. The shower, though small, had great water pressure.

Hotel is very clean and facilities are fine (stylish/not cosy). Rooms are efficient for city travelers and families.(pretty new) Breakfast offers all you need. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out.
There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in.
I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems.

You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)
