The access to the swimming pool - it was my primary reason to book at the hotel. The candle-lit swimming pool was fantastic. Wired internet included in the price was really nice. used the fab swimming pool. Everything. Swimming pool and the fitness hall is close (neighbouring) to the hoteland were for free! Children swimming pool was available as well. Thiswas cool after the business day! The hotel crew was all the time verykind, smiling and nice, thanks for them! There are a lot of artsculptures in the hotel yeard. They are really nice!.

On top of all that, free access to in-house (large) swimmingpools/sauna. Excellent value-for-money.swimming pool but shocked by the conversion of sauna and steam room to shared facilities which means wearing a swimsuit - one really good feature of Danish culture eroded. Breakfast finished 9.30am it should have been 10am. When checking in to the hotel they insisted we pay now if using cash, so had only had euro with us, and the exchange rate they used ended up costing 580 euro for a 3 night stay instead of 515, which was the current exchange rate. The rooms were way too hot and when the windows were left open the noise from the trainstation nextdoor came in,sleepless nights! The plunge pool was full of schoolchildr. to much noice from trains. Too noisy because next to railway. especially at night.There is no bar! All facilities are spread out over what is a large corporate and public conference and sports centre - there is no atmosphere. The single beds are very single... 0,90 cm, and not comfortable... 180euros , my good. It is a bit too expensive. The room was too hot and it was too noisy to leave the windows open at night.poor breakfast,no fridge in room ,money reserved by the hotel on my visa card not released even though i payed cash on checkout. Noisy because of the trains. The room was very basic and hot and I thought it was closer to town centre. TV remote did not work v well,air con control dial broken off the wall as result v. hot first night. Room not cleaned at all. Would have thought cleaner would have come back later to clean room as we were occupying at initital cleaning time. Restaurant seperate building and have to go outside in cold to get there. pool changing room over crowded. have to pay into spa even if getting treatments.the cleaning. Did not like the decor and there is no room service. You have to walk outside to get the breakfast included and it was not worth it.Breakfast was average. Bathrooms and rooms very small. No fridge in rooms. Poor standard of facilities - bathrooms. Commission on credit card payments. We were booked in another hotel and got moved. Extremelly cold, low service and customer care, rooms nice but too basic...The rooms are very bare. The way the bed has no real sheets in it, nobottom sheet is a bit off putting. The whole place just felt veryclinical. Very cold looking. The hotel needs to be refurbished very soon. Rooms are sterile butdisgusting due to uncleanliness and need of refurbishment. Staff do justwhat they have to do and hardly never smile. We did not feel welcome atall.The breakfast was a complete disaster and the dining room lookedlike a garbage dump with two staff trying to serve 150 guests. Run outof plates, bread, fruit etc. Disaster.
