Great location. The room was clean and functional, although on the small side for a family of four. The best part was the children's room in the restaurant - an all-glass soundproof enclosure where kids can play while parents enjoy a leisurely meal. Brilliant!. excellent breakfast!, perfect location, sufficient fitness room, they let us use their towels and bikes after we checked out which was really nice as our flight was really late.
all reviews » Proximity to shopping, bus station,and train station. You can just walk to reach the tourist spots in the city. The location is superb. Breakfast too is so lavish. Good reception staff checking me in. Very polite and welcoming. Excellent food in the restaurant. The bartender was the nicest staff of those I met. The hotel is rather new so it's nice and clean. It it also very convenient that they offer plenty of parking spaces in the basement. I like the room very well. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast is good but very crowded and ending very early (9.30) perhaps by expanding the time frame some of the crowds could be avoided. our room was small and dark (for the price we paid) but we asked for a new one and were given a better room straight away the internet was very slow. For a very expensive price, there is no complimentary water, coffee maker or mini-ref in the room. The restaurant staff were very stressed and it show... Almost threw the plate on the table and never came and asked for a judgement on the food. Also looked really disappointed when not getting tipped (due to their service...). The gym was supprisingly small for such a large hotel. nothing. It would be great if the hotel could get special prices for the parking right under because it cost me a fortune to leave my car overnight there. Check-in rather unfriendly n incomplete infos given, the restuarant that same evenving extremely slow (only 1 waiter apparently) and confused, drinks basically only arrived ater the food etc.. Wi-Fi signal was too weak, couldn't virtually use the connection but they are working on it... The breakfast was not perfect. We came about 10 o'clock and there was no bread, we waited around 10 minutes before it came, and then it was still frozen in the middle. The desk was not too clean . Wifi connection in the rooms was unusable and we had to go to the lobby for a connection No sauna. The room for a family of four is too small. It will be nice to have coffee and tea in the rooms. Poor breakfast, average restaurant. Family room : the common bed for the 2 children was in fact a sofa, a little cramped for 2 children aged over 11. Woke up first morning with large puddle of water on the floor from air conditioning, had to report it twice before someone sorted it out and cleaned up puddle. A lot of noice from the street and no air condition. Wa not able to controle the temperature in the room. For the price, and for a new hotel, I find it very disappointing that the internet was useless. I was able to connect, but it was extremely(!) slow which made it useless. I tried three different devices. It might be because of the position of the router relative to my room, but regardless...it is just not acceptable for a business hotel. Also, I ordered a superior room, but it was not a superior room - it was merely a standard room that was adapted for wheelchair users. No fridge and electric water kettle facility in the room No door or bath lim at shower area. Unfriendly staff, not really clean rooms, breakfast average. Extremely expensive!. The cleaning was a mess!! The cleaning didn't clean and left her cleaning fluid in the room. Nothing was done when we complained, in stead it got worse. No clean towels. Not good enough for the price!.
