What people say
Small, well disigned room, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Good informatuion given from receptionist about breakfast location etc. Central location, friendly staff, good night's sleep!. Well, for a 2-star hotel, everything has been "as expected". All future guests should be aware that this hotel is really only a place to sleep - there are basically no additional facilities and services to keep you "occupied" during the day. All in all, thumbs up!. all reviews »
friendly staff and very convenient location. Location and price. When you enter the lobby of the hotel it is very modern. We only noticed that the reason the hotel is called the Cab Inn because the rooms are exactly like the Cab-in in a boat. Very central which was perfect for us. Underneath was a lovely resturaunt overlooking the river banks, very nice. The breakfast was great, so fresh and worth every penny. It was continental.
The beds were a small but extremly comfortable.we found the staff to be helpful, we speak only english and they could speak english. great speedy free internet. I enjoyed exploring the city. The staff were helpful allowin us to store our luggage on the day of departure. The position of the hotel is very good and you can reach every attraction by foot. The breakfast is rich an you can also prepare tea or coffee in your own room. In the hall you can surf the internet, for a little time, without paying anything. The hotel is the right place to stay if you use it only to sleep at night after visiting the city, because it has not superfluous services. For a one night stay it was fine for our needs. it's an easy accessable hotel in town, quiet modern - but i suggest to take the budget cabins in the front of the building and not the captains cabins - the budget rooms are fine. Ideal i would like at least one channel to be in English. Internet connection was very slow. To all future guests - double check if breakfast is included in the price - most likely it will not be included.i had a very warm room, and because it was beside a lively canal, it was very noisy at night but i could not leave my window open to let in some air. Shower was initially hard to control. We only stayed for 2 nights and we were young visiting friends. However if we stayed for longer the room was not very spacious. We only usd it for sleeping and that wasnt much. the smell in the room and bathroom. not having double bed in a 'double' room also the street below room was very noisy at night and it was too hot to have the windows closed. Our room was not organised in a rational way, it was difficult to reach the window because the bed was in front of it; it was also quite dark and very hot.Different colours on bed sheats and towels. No paper cups as toothbrush cup since they will fall over (tothbrush to heavy compared to the light paper cup). Shower: either a window cleaning-thing so you can get the water away from the bathroom floor, or a longer shower curtain to stop the water getting on the whole floor. the room and especially the bathroom wasn't that clean! and you couldn't open the window to the terrace cause you had pigeons and pigeon shit everywhere! even on the window !!!. very bad workforce on reception .absolute disobliging, barefaced and liar. one thing on hotel was goog , breakfast.
