  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nic... what people say » e and breakfast was superb. - The room was large and the location fantastic. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.

  We had three couples staying there. Everything was fantastic, the apartments were were huge and beautiful, the breakfast was unbelievable and Franz was the perfect host.
