  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nic... what people say » e and breakfast was superb. - The room was large and the location fantastic. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.

  This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything.   Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.
