  The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced.   The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.
