  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by.   I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The cross-trainers had a strange angle, but the fitness center was very well stocked with modern machinery. The brea - Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast.   The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. The apartment was quite clean but I can't say more about it because we only returned to sleep there... what people say » late at night. And yes, our apartment turned out to be part of history. We found photos on the web of Havel announcing the end of communism from its - Excellent location, right in Wenceslas Square, short walking distance to Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Apartments are fully equipped with microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge and washing machine. And they all work!! On both sides of apartment entrance are the entrances of Marks and Spencer which stocks well priced English food. Finally, Apartments are ten minutes walk to Prague Central Station with its numerous cafes and ATM's, as well as the pickup point for db coaches to Germany.
