  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced.   I stayed in the superior room which was indeed that.View from room is amazing and room was large enough to host parents and two young children (10 months, 3.5 yrs) - Exellent city view from the balkony (Executive floor). Service ismagnificient.Perfect value for the service provided. I stronglyrecommend this hotel.
